I. Three-Step Emergency Response Method

1. Cut off the hazard source

Overpressure/Overtemperature: Immediately close the steam inlet valve and stop feeding into the reaction vessel.

Leakage: Close the feed valve and the valve before the leak point; discharge toxic media to a safe area.

2. Control the scene

Flammable media: Prohibit open flames, disconnect power, and prevent static electricity.

Leakage: Dilute the gas with water spray; prioritize using leak-sealing tools.

3. Personnel protection

Immediately evacuate personnel within a 100-meter radius. For serious injuries/fatal accidents, report directly to the fire department/police.
II. Responses to Different Faults Safety Measures

1. Leakage: Tighten loose flanges with sparkless tools; use specialized clamps for aged gaskets.

2. Overpressure: Cool down with water spray; disconnect power to the reaction vessel.

3. Explosion: Activate the emergency plan; report to the safety supervision bureau within 1 hour.

III. Key Precautions

1. Quick-opening containers: Never open under pressure; do not operate until pressure has been fully released.

2. Media characteristics: Prioritize venting toxic media; strictly control ignition sources for flammable media.

3. Communication assurance: Designate personnel to be responsible for alarms and ensure smooth communication.
