1. Temperature monitoring
Install temperature sensors: Install temperature sensors at the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger to monitor the temperature changes of the medium in real time.
Data analysis: Analyze temperature data through the monitoring system to ensure that the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger meets the design requirements.
2. Pressure monitoring
Install pressure sensors: Install pressure sensors at the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger to monitor pressure changes.
Pressure transmitter: Use a pressure transmitter to transmit pressure data to the monitoring system for real-time adjustment and recording.
3. Flow monitoring
Install flow meters: Install flow meters at the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger to monitor the flow of the medium.
Flow control: Adjust the flow through the monitoring system to ensure that the flow of the heat exchanger is stable within a reasonable range.
4. Vibration monitoring
