Operating Points
1. Smooth Operation: Load and unload slowly to avoid rapid pressure or temperature changes, reducing impact and fatigue damage to the vessel.
2. Overload Prevention: Strictly control feed rate and reaction temperature to prevent overloading and overpressure caused by material thermal expansion.
3. Status Monitoring: Continuously monitor process conditions (pressure, temperature, liquid level), equipment condition (leakage or deformation of the vessel body, valves, and flanges), and safety devices (sensitivity and reliability of safety valves and pressure gauges) during operation.
4. Emergency Shutdown: Immediately take emergency measures and report any abnormalities such as uncontrolled working pressure/temperature, damage to major components, or failure of safety accessories.
Maintenance Points
1. Regular Inspection: Conduct regular inspections as required by regulations, including internal and external inspections and non-destructive testing.
2. Safety Accessory Maintenance: Ensure that safety valves, pressure gauges, rupture discs, and other safety devices are reliable, sensitive, and accurate, and calibrate them regularly.
3. Corrosion Prevention and Cleaning: Inspect corrosion prevention measures to prevent leaks; drain the medium and clean thoroughly when not in use to prevent corrosion.
4. Fastening and Grounding: Inspect fasteners and seals to ensure they are intact and reliable; ensure the static grounding device is in good working order.
