Another defect in the manufacturing process of the pressure vessel is the disconnection of the geometric shape of the shell, such as unevenness, deformation of the seam corner, etc. The profit of various rotary shells under the action of internal pressure is related to its radius of curvature. When two shells with different radii of curvature are linked together, the deformations produced are also different due to different stresses. But they restrain each other, and thus cause shear force and bending moment at the junction.

In general, depressions with large diameters and small depths have a more moderate change in geometry. The greater the amount of cold deformation, the greater the internal stress generated. Even if the remaining internal stress on the vessel shell does not cause cracks, it will aggravate the fatigue cracking and stress corrosion cracking of the pressure vessel.
Cracks, overheating, deformation, leakage, etc. of the body, joints, welded joints, etc. of the pressure vessel. Fluid leakage and air leakage of the signal hole, check the tube to clear.
