The ASME "U" Stainless Steel Filter is a pressure vessel designed, manufactured, and inspected according to the ASME U stamp standards, used for filtering impurities in fluids, with the main body material made of stainless steel.

Structure and Working Principle

Main Structure: Composed of a stainless steel shell, filter elements (cartridges/baskets/bags), quick-opening top cover, inlet/outlet flanges, exhaust/drain ports, saddle-type support, and sealing components. Large equipment may include a lifting arm for easy disassembly and cleaning of the filter elements.

Working Process: The medium enters through the inlet, passes through the filter elements to trap solid impurities, and the clean medium exits through the outlet.
