ASME "U" Stamp: All pressure-bearing components are calculated and manufactured according to ASME VIII-1 standards and inspected by an Authorized Inspector (AI), ultimately obtaining National Board registration.
Multiple Material Options: Carbon steel (Q345R, SA516-70), stainless steel (304/304L, 316/316L, 2205 duplex steel), nickel-based alloys, titanium, etc., to meet various corrosive conditions.
Diverse Structures: Vertical, horizontal, with agitator, jacketed, insulated/cold-insulated, coil-heated, rubber-lined, or PTFE-lined structures are all available.
Interfaces and Accessories: Manholes/handholes, level gauges, breather valves, safety valves, rupture discs, agitator ports, lifting lugs, outriggers/saddles, etc., can be configured as needed.
Surface treatment: The inner surface can be polished to Ra≤0.4 µm to meet food/pharmaceutical grade requirements; the outer surface can be sandblasted, coated with epoxy or polyurethane.
