Core Structure

Shell: Made of corrosion-resistant, high-strength materials (carbon steel, stainless steel 304/316/316L), suitable for high-pressure and corrosive environments. The shell is highly sealed to prevent media leakage, extending the equipment's lifespan.
Tube Bundle: Composed of multiple heat exchange tubes, with hot and cold media flowing inside and outside the tubes, respectively. The compact layout maximizes the heat exchange area, improving heat exchange efficiency.
Tube Sheet: Uses a dual process of expansion and welding to connect the shell and tube bundle. It has strong pressure resistance and is suitable for high-pressure conditions.
End Caps and Connectors: Inlet and outlet connectors can be configured based on different media transport requirements. The end cap is detachable for easy inspection and cleaning.
Baffle Plate: Optimizes the flow path, preventing hot and cold media from short-circuiting, enhancing turbulence, further improving heat exchange efficiency, and supporting the tube bundle to prevent vibration.
