Installation and use of reactor agitator

1. When the kettle body is transported and installed in place, avoid damaging the magnetic stirrer on the upper part of the kettle cover. The operation room of the reactor should be well ventilated and meet the explosion-proof requirements. Install the device on the bracket, level it with an inclined iron on the four supports, and keep the device vertical to the ground. Anti-static grounding devices should be installed for equipment with flammable and explosive reaction medium to eliminate hidden dangers of static electricity.

2. Select the matching gasket according to the reactor medium, design pressure and design temperature. Gaskets should be installed between the kettle body and the kettle lid, the magnetic stirrer and the kettle lid, and the flanges of each pipe, and the bolts should be re-tightened. When tightening the bolts, the bolts should be tightened evenly according to the principle of diagonal distribution, and should be tightened in 2 to 3 times to prevent the bolts from being biased upward and damaging the sealing gasket and affecting the sealing effect.

3. Add No. 13 compressor oil or No. 46 mechanical oil to the oil tank of the reducer, the oil level should be added to the specified mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly. Suitable machine oil.

4. If it is a high-temperature, high-speed magnetic stirrer, lubricating oil should be added to the bearing oil filling port before use. In the future use process, lubricating oil should be added from the oil filling hole regularly, and the plug should be tightened after the injection.

5. Before the reactor stirrer is turned on, pass cooling water into the outer water jacket of the magnetic stirrer. The lower end is the water inlet and the upper end is the water outlet. A separate cooling water system should be used. Cooling water is not allowed to pass through the kettle. The coil pipe then enters the cooling water jacket of the magnetic stirrer. When the stirrer is turned on, adjust the water pressure so that the water outlet at the upper end of the upper water outlet is slightly overflowing. High pressure presses water into the gearbox inside the reducer.

In order to ensure the service life of the bearings installed inside the kettle, a cooling water jacket is provided outside the agitator shaft in the kettle. If the operating temperature of the equipment is too high, the cooling water should be circulated to reduce the temperature, and the water inlet and outlet should not be installed reversely.

6. The equipment supporting control cabinet and frequency converter should be placed in a separate electrical control workshop with dry and good ventilation.

7. Before the reactor stirrer starts the stirrer, first confirm whether the corresponding mechanical oil has been added to the reducer, then fold down the motor cap, rotate the motor fan blade by hand, and confirm whether the stirring shaft in the kettle is running in the forward direction. Rotate and continue to rotate the fan blade until the stirring shaft in the kettle makes one turn. During the rotation process, carefully listen to whether there is any abnormal sound inside the magnetic stirrer. For example, re-adjust the wiring of the motor or adjust the frequency converter for reverse rotation.

8. When the stirring speed of the equipment is greater than 80r/min, the motor cannot be started directly at the working speed, and the stirring speed should be slowly increased by the frequency converter. Otherwise, the resistance of the stirrer is too large, which will cause the overload of the magnetic stirrer to damage the stirrer or burn out the motor.

9. After the above work is completed, carry out the sealing test according to the working pressure, pass in inert gas to maintain the pressure for 15~30 minutes, and check whether the overall equipment leaks. If there is no leakage, the material can be put into production.

10. When all valves are in use, they should not be closed too violently, so as not to damage the sealing surface.

11. After feeding, the pressure must rise slowly. In the same way, the pressure in the kettle should also be gradually reduced when the pressure is reduced.

12. Due to the harsh working environment of the reactor, the service life of bearings and bushings will be seriously affected. If abnormal friction or vibration sounds occur during normal operation of the equipment, it means that the friction gap of the bearing or bushing is too large and needs to be replaced immediately.

13. The blasting and discharging device shall be tested to ensure its accurate and reliable operation. The working environment of the equipment shall meet the requirements of safety technical specifications.

14. When installing, connect the blasting discharge port directly to the outdoor through the pipeline!

15. When the stainless steel reaction kettle magnetic stirrer is out of use for a long time, the inside and outside of the kettle should be cleaned without water and other materials, especially in colder areas when the equipment is not used in winter, all water should be drained.
