Custom Power Supply Tank Order For Japanese Client Successfully Completed And Ready For Shipment

We have recently completed the production of a batch of custom power supply tanks for a Japanese corporate client. Following blueprint verification, raw material inspection, pressure testing, and comprehensive quality checks, the tanks have passed the client's acceptance inspection and are ready for shipment to Japan.

The Japanese client imposed rigorous, non-standard specifications regarding the tanks' structure, materials, pressure resistance, corrosion protection, and local regulatory compliance. To meet the high standards required for Japanese industrial equipment, our engineering department implemented targeted technical optimizations-adjusting wall thickness, internal bracing, port layouts, and surface anti-rust treatments-to ensure compatibility with the client's installation space, operating pressures, and long-term indoor/outdoor operational conditions.

The entire production process was executed with strict adherence to standards: CAD drawing review, incoming material inspection, precision welding, pressure and airtightness testing, non-destructive testing (NDT), coating application, and final factory acceptance. The process complied with pressure vessel manufacturing regulations, ensuring the equipment met the client's high reliability requirements.

This project marks a further expansion of our presence in the Japanese market.
