1. All staff members need to have safety employment certificates before they can work. If any abnormalities occur during work, they must be reported in time. During operation, staff members need to operate smoothly, and overload and emergency outages cannot occur.
2. The staff should be familiar with the process, structure and performance of the product, learn how to deal with minor accidents, and keep records carefully.
3. It is not allowed to operate pressure equipment with over-temperature and over-pressure. The staff often checks whether the pressure valve is faulty. When loading the vehicle, it is necessary to avoid excessive weight and overload of liquefied gas, and prevent accidental heating. Always check the operation of safety accessories.
4. When the equipment starts to load, we need to prevent the pressure from rising suddenly, and the speed should not be too fast. When the working temperature is lower than 0 or the high-temperature container, we need to cool or heat slowly to avoid frequent and large fluctuations in pressure .
5. The staff should not be under pressure when disassembling the compression bolts.
